Answer questions about an English text confidently  the point of view in a text I am reading.	Yes Not Yet	Carlos is still working towards this goal. Te Reo Pakeha is a constant struggle for Carlos and I commend his effort and recognise his effort in this area. Practice is important for you to make any further progress in this area Carlos.
